Deposit Policy: Payment in Full is required as a deposit in order to hold your reservation & will be charged at time of booking. Cancellation Policy: The Oceanus has a 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival you will forfeit your deposit. If you provide more than 7 days notice, your deposit is refunded less a $25 service fee.
